🌿 *MENTAL HEALTH SUMMIT*
Catalyst Connect is hosting a Mental Health Summit on Fri 15 Mar 7-9pm (Registration opens at 6.30pm), and Sat 16 Mar 9am-12.30pm (Registrations opens at 8.30am), at Immanuel Church Somerset Park.

The aim of this conference is to target relevant mental health needs for promoting spiritual and emotional wellbeing, empowering people to be more effective in managing things like burnout, functional depression and compassion fatigue, and equipping them with tools and resources to effectively manage these. We aim to help them to become more aware of red flags, as well as provide some practical insights to assist them when facing these issues.

We are excited to have three incredible registered Christian therapists ministering at this conference: *Madz Deyzel*, *Marilyn Read*, and *Dr Wendy Greyvensteyn*. The cost of the conference is R200pp, and you can book on Quicket (link to follow).
